Visiting Russborough
There's so much to enjoy at Russborough ...
Russborough
Russborough welcomes visitors to the demesne (estate) to explore the grounds and walks, explore the rich heritage and the lovely rooms, learn about the Sir Alfred Beit Art Collection, enjoy the Maze, relax and discuss the history of Russborough over a cup of tea or coffee.
You can begin with a leisurely walk around the grounds in front of the house, and view the magnificent mansion from the far side of the lake. Why not try the Maze and see how far you can get?
The house, which has been described by historian Mark Bence-Jones as 'arguably the most beautiful house in Ireland', has some wonderful rooms, with magnificent interiors and ceilings, along with some exceptional collections of furniture, silverware and porcelain.
Our staff are always available to provide interesting information, or answer your questions. There are also regular guided tours of the house.
