The Splash N Dash Adventure Race is back with a new venue at Russborough and all new courses to challenge you on Saturday October 14th.
Set off from the grounds of Russborough on a race that will take your breath away in more ways than one! Kayak, run and cycle in what is considered the most picturesque race course in the land.
Choose between three great route options;
27km Route
- 2.5km Run
- 21km Cycle
- 1km Kayak
- 2.5km Run
47km Route
- 5km Run
- 35km Cycle
- 2km Kayak
- 5km Run
Participants are asked to bring along a bike, helmet, bike repair kit, water bottle, basic first aid kit, suitable footwear, survival blanket, dry change of clothes.
Organisers will provide all kayaks and accessories, except bike helmet. There will be a mix of kayaks, both single and double. Families will be in double kayaks, with an adult with each child.
