Join us at Russborough this May for a weekend dedicated to the vehicles that were built to roam. The Land Rover Gathering Weekend brings together owners, collectors and enthusiasts from across the country for two days of classic models, shared stories and proper Land Rover camaraderie.
Expect a fantastic display of Land Rovers spanning generations, from cherished Series models to modern machines, with plenty of opportunity to admire the vehicles, swap stories, and meet fellow enthusiasts who share the same passion.
On Sunday 24 May the gathering continues with an organised drive out through the Wicklow countryside – a fitting way to put these iconic vehicles through their paces and enjoy the landscapes they were made for.
This year’s event will also feature a growing line-up of trade stands including ESC Environmental, James’s Street Steel, Lawlor Access & Plant Services, Strykers and Wit 4×4, offering a chance to browse specialist equipment, accessories and services.
Camping is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for those who want to make a full weekend of it. Camping tickets must be purchased in advance. Outside toilet facilities are available on site, though please note that shower facilities are not available.
While you’re here, there is plenty to enjoy beyond the gathering. The estate offers 200 acres of parkland to explore, along with a 2km maze, children’s playground, the National Bird of Prey Centre and the Artisan Craft Courtyard. For those looking for something more adventurous, CP Adventure offers activities including rope trails, zip lining and archery.
Russborough is owned and operated by the Alfred Beit Foundation, a charitable organisation that ensures the house, collections and parklands remain open to the public. All proceeds from the event support the ongoing care of this remarkable place.
