Make time to sample the delicious menu at our stylish new Russborough Café, opening onto the courtyard terrace.

Spacious and comfortable, the focus is on fresh ingredients for great tasting, authentic cooking. We think seasonally and source locally as often as we can, even using produce grown here in our own gardens. Our gorgeous restaurant space is bright and colourful, with chinoiserie-style wallpaper, built-in banquette seating curling around the inner Colonnade wall, and charming trouvé tables inspired by life here in the great house. Outside in the boxwood-edged kitchen courtyard, a huge Feijoa tree creates a focal point - and proves quite the sun trap on the very occasional summery Irish day.

Café open from 9.30 to 5pm daily.
