Little artists are invited to explore colour, texture and pattern in this playful outdoor workshop with Whitedoodle Art.
Taking place in Lady’s Island, the session will introduce children to a range of simple, hands-on techniques, including wax rubbings, watercolours and stamp printing. Children will be encouraged to observe the shapes and textures around them, experiment with different materials and enjoy the process of making art outdoors.
This is a process-focused workshop, giving young children the freedom to explore, create and make their own discoveries without worrying about producing a perfect finished piece.
Please dress children in comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor art-making and possible paint splashes.
The workshop is free to attend and is funded by Wicklow County Council. Places are limited, so advance booking is essential.
